In 2022, fueled by a shared vision, Samwel Elly Mwaifwani and Joel Sosthenes Nyenyembe laid the foundation for SCELLA. Initially conceived as a dynamic marketing company with a distinct focus on empowering creator monetization, our journey has since evolved. Recognizing a profound opportunity to contribute to a more sustainable and responsible future, SCELLA strategically pivoted to become a dedicated ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) consulting firm, specifically tailored for engineering projects.
As the driving force behind SCELLA, we firmly believe that robust ESG and HSE principles are the cornerstones of progress, the tangible impacts that truly matter, and it is through SCELLA's initiatives that we are committed to creating this lasting value.
